摘要
本文较系统地研究了煤系中高岭岩(高岭石夹矸)生产聚合氯化铝、水玻璃的全过程,对生产基本原理、生产成本和利润作了简要分析,并提出一套科学、合理可行的工艺流程。该生产工艺的特点是成本低、产品质量好、生产过程中没有废渣且经济效益显著,它为高岭岩的开发应用提供了一个新的途径。
This paper studies the process of production of aluminium polychloride and water glass by using kaoline rock in coal-bearing strata, analyses the basic principle, the cost of production and profit, and puts forward a scientific and reasonable technology. It is characterized by low cost, high quality, lack of waste and quite good economic benefit. This technique offers a new approach to the application of kaoline rock.
