摘要
本文就管道内固体物料流速的相关测量技术进行了探讨和研究,并设计和制作了一种新型电容传感器、变换器、以及全软件式实时相关器(包括接口电路和相关软件),相关测速误差在正负1%左右,相关处理实时性在1s左右,信号传感变送系统的信噪比在40dB以上。
For the purpose of using cross correlation principle for velocity measuring of bulk material in pipe conveyor, a new capacitance transducer with converter, real-time cross-correlation software and interface circuit to computer have been developed. The operating time of real-time cross-correlation is about Is, and the average error of velocity measuring is less than 1%. The signal-noise ratio of sensor-converter system is above 40dB.
