摘要
本文以16Mn U型钢进行试验,全面探索了经不同亚温淬火工艺处理后16Mn U型钢的强韧性能。试验结果表明:16Mn U型钢经(800-820℃)水淬+200℃低温回火后,在满足延伸率≥16%,屈强比≤0.75的使用性能要求下,可提高屈服强度48%以上,即由σ_(0.2)≥350MPa提高到σ_(0.2)≥520MPa,达到国外同类U型钢的机械性能水平。此外,对亚温淬火工艺的可行性及强韧化机理进行了初步探讨。
The paper comprehensively studies the properties of strength and toughness of 16Mn U-shaped steel on test pieces under various processes of intercritical hardening. Experiments showed that so long as the process of water quenching at 800 ℃ -820℃ and succeeding low temperature tempering at 200 ℃ is adopted, the yield strength σ0.2 of 16Mn U-shaped steel under the condition of satisfying the performance demands of δ5≥ 16%, σ0.2 / σb≤0.75, can be increased by 48%, that is. from 350MPa to 520MPa, which is as high as that of imported U-shaped steel. In addition, the feasibility and the strengthening and toughening mechanism of intercrinical hardening process have also been discussed.
