脑膜瘤p53蛋白的表达及肿瘤血管形成的临床病理研究

摘要 目的 探讨p5 3在脑膜瘤中的表达及其对肿瘤血管形成和临床病理行为的影响。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测 5 2例脑膜瘤组织中p5 3、第VⅢ因子相关抗原 (FVⅢRAg)的表达情况 ,并结合临床、影像和病理参数进行综合分析。结果 p5 3的表达和微血管密度 (MVD)与患者病情、脑膜瘤病理分级、侵袭性、瘤周水肿显著相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;p5 3的表达与MVD呈正相关 (r =0 618,P<0 0 1)。结论 p5 3在肿瘤血管形成、恶性转化和浸润、瘤周水肿等方面起着重要作用。检测脑膜瘤p5 3的表达和MVD对进一步了解脑膜瘤生物学行为、临床表现和判断预后有一定价值。 Objective To investigate the expression of p53 protein and the effect of p53 on neovascularization and clinicopathologic performance in meningiomas.Methods Expression of p53 protein and factor VIII-related antigen in 52 cases of meningiomas were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.The clinical,screenage,and pathological parameters were analyzed at the same time.Results In meningiomas,the expression of p53 and microvessel density (MVD)were closely related to the patients' condition,pathological grade,invasion and peritumoral edema(P<0.05.The rate of p53 positive was closed related to MVD(r=0.618, P<0.01).Conclusions In meningiomas,p53 may play an important role in tumor angiogenesis,malignancy conversion,brain invasion and peritumoral edema.Detection Detection expression of p53 and MVD may be of value in further understanding the biological behavior,clinical performance and predicting the prognosis of meningiomas.
