引导组织再生术促进牙槽骨再生的临床研究

摘要 目的 观察引导组织再生术 (guidedtissueregeneragion ,GTR)和Bio-plantHTR骨粉植骨术促进Ⅱ度根分叉病变患者牙糟骨再生的作用。 方法 使用Biomesh膜和Bio -plantHTR骨粉对 18例Ⅱ度根分叉病变行GTR手术和植骨术 ,手术前和手术后半年检查牙周袋深度、临床附着水平 ,摄数字化X光根尖片。 结果 术后半年 18颗患牙牙周袋深度较术前明显变浅、附着水平明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,术后半年的数字化X光根尖片与术前对比可见根分叉处暗影变小 ,牙槽骨密度明显增加 ,示有新骨形成。 Objective To observe the effects of guided China regeneration(GTR)and Biplant HTR bone grafting in promotion to the regeneration of the alveolar blveolar with ClassⅡfurcation defects. Methods GTR and bone grafting were performed in 18 cases with ClassⅡfurcation defects by using Bio-mesh membrane and Bio-plant HTR bone powder.Prior to and half a year after the trdatment examinations of pocket probing depths(PPD),clinical attachment levels (CAL) were done and digital periapical radiography perforaphy performed for comparison. Results Six months after the treatment,the PPD of the 18 diseased teeth were apparently reduced,the CAL increased(P<0.01),the shadows in the furcation became small,the density of the alveolar bones apparently increased,indicating that new bones were forming. Conclusion This treatnent had a good curative effect on Class Ⅱfurcation defects.
