摘要
Objective:Observing the effect and side-effect of YiGanXiaoZhengSan (YGXZS) on fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis and evaluating the anti-fibrosis impact of YGXZS,meanwhile,to study the relation between the syndrome classification and liver fibrosis indexes.Method:50 patients with hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis were divided into the treated group and the control group randomly, the treated group including 30 cases were treated with YGXZS,the efficacy was compared with that of 20 cases treated with common western medicine of protecting liver.Duration of treatment were 3 months. After treatment the serum indexes of hepatic function and hepatic fibrosis were detected.Result:The level of serum HA,PCⅢ,LN,Ⅳ-C in the treated group decreased remarkably(P<0.01),control group had no obvious change of these indexes(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:YGXZS can treat chronic hepatitis and delay and ease the development of hepatic fibrosis.
