丙型肝炎病毒与2型糖尿病关系的研究 被引量：6

摘要 1989年应用分子生物学技术发现了丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus，HCV)，并证实可导致肝脏慢性疾病，是输血后肝炎的主要病因．全世界有1．7亿人感染HCV，面临肝硬化和肝细胞癌的威胁．研究表明HCV感染及其所致慢性肝病与糖尿病(diabetes mellitus DM)有明显的相关性，糖尿病的类型主要是2型糖尿病。
