乙型肝炎病毒和丙型肝炎病毒与增生细胞核抗原的关系

摘要 增生细胞核抗原(proliferation cell nuclear antigen，PCNA)位于真核细胞中，为一环形发夹样蛋白结构，与复制因子和细胞周期蛋白p21(Cipl/Wafl)相互作用，是DNA延长的“分子开关”．他不仅对于DNA的复制，而且对于细胞的许多功能都是必需的，因此对于PCNA调节DNA复制及阐明蛋白相互作用的确切机制的理解是非常重要的．
