生长抑素对消化道肿瘤的调控作用 被引量：16

摘要 生长抑素(SS)普遍存在于人体正常组织,具有广泛、抑制性生理功能,目前已用于内分泌肿瘤的诊断及治疗.越来越多的学者对SS对非内分泌性、实体性肿瘤是否具有抑制作用深感兴趣,本文就近年来SS对消化道常见肿瘤的生长调控作用、可能的作用机制,以及SS在消化道肿瘤诊断和治疗中的作用作一综述.
