异种肝细胞移植研究现状
摘要
uPA/RAG-2小鼠的发现为异种肝细胞移植研究提供了—个有效的动物模型.在uPA/RAG-2转基因小鼠脾内注入大鼠、土拨鼠、人肝细胞后,均能部分或完全取代小鼠肝细胞. 文章主要介绍了大鼠、土拨鼠、人肝细胞在uPA/RAG-2转基因小鼠内的增生、对肝功能影响等情况,同时探讨了该模型体系存在问题及应用前景.
