颌面颈部血管滤泡性淋巴组织增生临床病理分析

Clinial Analysis of Pathology of angiofollidllar Lymphohode Hyperplasia

目的 :研究颌面颈部血管滤泡性淋巴组织增生的临床表现、病理形态特征。方法 :报道了两例该病变 ,并进行临床、发病机制、病理及免疫组化等讨论分析和文献复习。结果 :两例均为局限性肿块 ,手术切除预后较好。血管滤泡性淋巴组织增生是一种少见的交界性淋巴组织增生性病变 ,局限性肿块为良性 ,而系统性者常为恶性结局。结论 :在遇到此类病变时 ,应提醒临床注意有无系统性淋巴结肿大 ;对于淋巴组织增生性病变 。

Purpose To study the clinical and pathologic features of angiofollicular lymphonode hyperplasia (AFH).Method Report two cases of this lesion. Results The two cases here are local and benign.But some works point out, AFH is a special borderline hyperplastic lymphopathy. Local tumor is benign, and multiple tumors will maybe come to malignancy. Conclusions We should pay much attention to it just because of its specialties and give suggestions to the clinic. When meeting difficulties during our pathologic diagnosises , we can distinguish it from other lesions such as malignant lymphoma by using immunohistochemistry.
