在20侧成人下肢标本上,观察了膝降动脉及其隐支的行程和股动脉在股内侧的其它皮支的分布情况,并测量了它们的血管外径.为逆行岛状隐皮瓣的临床应用提供了解剖学依据.根据其解剖学特点.设计了经缝匠肌前、后及带缝匠肌切取三种手术方式.

On 20 lower limbs of adult cadavers,the descending genicular artery,its sa-phenous branch and the cutaneous br-anch of femoral artery were observed,and the diameter of these vesselsmeasured.The study provided nece-ssary anatomic evidence for clinicalapplication of reverse saphenous islandflap.Based on the anatomic characte-ristics,three operative methods aredesigned,by which the flap is respe-ctively raised by vessels coursing an-terior or posterior to sartorial muscle,or trans-sartorial muscle
