膝前交叉韧带自体替代物的生物力学研究 被引量:3

摘要 对膝前交叉韧带、髂胫束、髌韧带中间1/3和半腱肌腱进行了力学性能测试和组织结构观察、结果显示,四种结构均由胶元纤维束组成,其最大拉应力近似;由于纤维束排列方向不同,各结构延伸率有较大的差异;三种替代物中以髂胫束的力学性能和纤维排列形式与前交叉韧带较为接近。实验结果提示,髂胫束是前叉韧带修复术中较好的自体替代物. The tensile properties and the histo-logical structures of anterior cruciateligament and three commonly used au-togenous grafts,the iliotibial tract,the middle one-third of patellar ligamentand the tendon of semitendinous mu-scle,were studied on specimens obta-ined from 10 adult cadavers.Histolo-gical observation showed that all thefour kinds of specimens are mainly co-mposed of collagenous fiber bundles,but differ in fiber arrangement.Me-asured under a SWD-10 testing ma-chine,the maximum tensile stresses ofthe four kinds of specimens were similarbut the elongations changed notice-ably.Among the three autogenous gra-fts,the iliotibial tract is the closestto the anterior cruciate ligament,bothin the arrangement of collagenous fi-ber bundles and the elongation rate,and may be a suitable autogenous graftfor anterior cruciate ligament reconstr-uction.
