A new operation of bridging the thoracic-sacral nerve roots to treat incontinence of faeces and urine

在20具成尸标本上解剖观测了第10胸神经～第3腰神经前、后根的长度、分束、各束直径以及它们的末端至第2～4骶神经根起始处的距离。设计了在椎管内用马尾神经桥接胸—骶神经根治疗截瘫性大、小便失禁的新术式,并就与该术式有关的应用解剖学问题进行了讨论。

The authors observed the length,number and diameter of tracts fromT10-L5 nerve roots and the distancebetween these nerve roots and S2,3,4nerve roots.A new operation methodof bridging thoracic-sacral nerve rootswith caude equina nerve for the trea-tment of incontinence of faeces andurine in the vertebral canal were su-ggested and discussed.
