摘要
对40侧成尸颅顶区和颞区的动脉来源及其分布进行了观测,认为以颞肌为蒂的颅顶骨外板骨瓣可作为修复下颌骨缺损的良好骨源。并对其制作要点及术中注意的事项等进行了讨论,为临床应用提供有实用意义的解剖学资料。
On 20 cases of adult cadavers injected with red latex, the vessels of the parietotemporal region were investigated. Supplied by superficial and deep temporal arteries and middle me- ningeal artery, the parietotemporal area is considered to be an excellent donor area for temporal music-outer table flap. Many perforating arteries and abundant vascular anastomoses in the area make it possible to design a vaseularized compound flap. The vascular pedicle of the flap is long enough for transferring to the mandible.
