摘要
在小弯侧切开大鼠胃体前壁以完全切断分布至胃体前壁的迷走神经节前纤维.用HRP逆行示踪法观察切断的迷走神经是否再生,术后1月见到迷走神经背核内出现标记细胞;2.3个月,标记细胞增多.表明切断后的逃走神经有再生纤维长入切口的远端,其数量不断增加、功能逐渐恢复。提示:迷走神经再生及功能恢复可能是迷走神经切断术后溃疡复发的原因之一.
After vagotomy of preganglionic fibers in the anterior gastric corpus wall of rats, retrograde-labelling of Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) was used to detect the regeneration of vagus nerve. HRP-labelled cells were observed in the dorsal vagus nerve nucleus 4 weeks after operation. The number of HRP-labelled cells increased significantly at 8 and 12 weeks postoperatively. The results indicated that the regenerated vagus nerve fibers grew into the anterior gastric corpus wall gradually. This may give an explanation for recurrentp eptic ulcers after vagotomy.
