摘要
对开孔和未开孔的单弓形折流板管束进行了传热与流阻性能对比试验。结果表明 ,弓形折流板合理开孔 ,有利于提高壳程传热效率和减小压降 ,壳程传热与流阻综合性能指标α Δp可提高5 0 %~ 6 4%。
The experiments was made for contrasting the properties of heat transfer and pressure drop through drilling and undrilling on the single segmental baffle tube bundle. The results show that reasonable drilling on the baffle is useful to increase heat transfer efficiency and decrease pressure drop, and the shell side heat transfer and resistance integrated property α/Δp could be increased between 50% and 64%.
