摘要
在不停输带压开孔及封堵中 ,为了防止焊接时烧穿 ,常采用不连续焊 ,通过试验和数值模拟对采用不连续焊接结构的安全性进行了研究 ,得出了试验模型在运行过程中的应力分布状况和发生破坏的压力 ,并对试验和有限元结果进行了比较。
With the development of modern industry, the technology of hot tapping has been more and more widely used.But the operation depends on experiences. So it leads to blindness and liberty. When an operation of hot tapping is carried through, a technology of discontinuous welding is always used. But in the mean time a larger residual stress is resulted in. The strength of discontinuous welding structure is studied,and the stress distribution and destroy pressure are gained.
