摘要
开发了 1种由多层加热盘管和多层溶液槽构成的再沸器装置 ,其较低的液层高度使得液体所受压力降至最小而适用于高真空条件 ,因再沸器内气、液体的不断接触而具有一定的传质功能 ,槽内溶液不易干涸、装置不易结垢使得其在高真空下操作性能远优越于降膜式再沸器。
A novel reboiler which has multiplayer of tray (or disk) and heat-pipe was developed. Owing to the low liquid height on each tray (or disk), the hydraulic pressure rise from the liquid layer is very low, so the boiling point rise due to liquid head is insignificant. Obviously, this type of reboiler can reasonably be used under high vacuum operations.The new type of device also has mass transfer function because of the liquid and vapor flow countercurrent between the trays (or disks).
