化消饮对糖尿病大鼠血脂及胸主动脉胶原蛋白含量、胶原蛋白AGEs荧光强度的影响

摘要 目的 观察化消饮对DM大鼠血脂及胸主动脉胶原蛋白含量、胶原蛋白AGEs荧光强度的影响。方法 采用 β -cytotoxins大鼠模型 ,将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、胰岛素组及化消饮低、中、高剂量加胰岛素组 ,观察在胰岛素控制血糖基本一致的情况下 ,化消饮治疗 8周对血脂及胸主动脉胶原蛋白含量、胶原蛋白AGEs荧光强度的影响。结果 与胰岛素组相比 ,化消饮各剂量组在降低TC、TG及胶原含量上均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,升高HDL -C、减弱AGEs荧光强度上仅低剂量组有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 化消饮能改善DM大鼠脂代谢紊乱 ,不同程度地升高HDL -C ,降低TG、TC、LDL -C ,抑制DM大鼠胸主动脉胶原蛋白非酶糖基化。 Objective To observe the effect of Hua Xiao Yin on blood lipid,the quantity of collagen in arteria aorta,and fluorescence dense of collagen protein AGEs in rats of diabetes mellitus. Methods To imitated the model rats of diabetes mellitus(DM) induced by β-cytotoxins. Apart from the control groups, all the model rats were divided into five groups randomly,namely the pathology group、Insulin group、the low dose HXY and insulin group(HXY L)、the middle dose HXY and insulin group(HXY M)、the high dose HXY and insulin group(HXY H). On condition all the model rats had the same blood glucose controlled by insulin, to observe the effect of HXY on blood lipid,the quantity of collagen in arteria aorta,and fluorescence dense of collagen protein AGEs after eight weeks of treatment by HXY. Results In comparing with the insulin groups, the low,middle,and high dose groups of HXY had the significant difference(P<0.05), in reducing Tch,TG and the quantity of collagen, but in increasing HDL-C and decreasing fluorescence dense of collagen protein AGEs only the low dose groups of HXY had the significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion HXY could reduce Tch,TG,and LDL-C, increase plasma HDL-C in different degree and inhibit the no-enzyme glycosylation, the effect of HXY was better than that of the insulin group, especially the HXY L.
