摘要
显性三眠蚕品种是利用家蚕眠性遗传原理及杂交育种技术,将三眠、强健、质优较好地结合于一体,实现_『优良基因的互补,在较短时间内完成了预期的育种目标,是我国首次自行育成并推广的新型原料茧丝用——细纤度三眠蚕品种,主要经济性状达到国际相关研究领域先进水平。其主要特点是:三眠率高98-100%,丝质优5-6A,强健好养,制种性能好,丝价高,一吨生丝比四眠蚕生丝价格高70％,全部用于出口,深受外商欢迎。已开始在江苏、四川、山东等省推广应用,累计出口生丝504吨,比优质四眠蚕种净增经济效益4734万元,是目前我国生产高品位(5-6A级)细纤度生丝的当家蚕品种。本品种的育成,为开发丝绸薄型织物和细条纹包芯丝以及医用手术缝合线等提供了理想的原料,对增加创汇、开拓新产品领域具有一定的现实意义和经济价值。
The dominant trimoltine races have been bred applying the genetic principle of silkworm's moltinism and the technology of breeding by crossing, the good characters of stable trimoltine, healthiness and high quality are integrated in one race, and the complement of excellent characters is achieved. The aim of breeding is finished in short time, it is the first time to succeed breeding dominant trimoltine strains with superfine silk size for new type raw silk of our own country. The main economical characters attain the intermational advanced level in the research fields related,and the races' main characters include stable moltinism (trimolter rate:98%-100% ),excellent silk quality (5-6 A) ,strong health with easy breeding and good seed production, and high price of silk product-the price of one ton silk from the trimolters is 70% higher than that from tetramolters, and they are all used to export and well popularized by foreign merchants. The races have been populatrized in Jiangsu, Sichuan and Shandong provinces etc. The number of the exported raw silk have added up to 504 ton, increasing the economical benefit 47,370 yuan.These have become the housekeeping races producing silk with high-rank(5-6A) and superfine silk size in our country to days.The success of the races' breeding supply ideal raw material for developing thin silk textiles, synthetic fibre as a pith surrounded by silk and medical surgery suturing threads, and it has certain practical significance and economical value for improving earning foreign exchange and developing new product fields.
