本文比较了“参考馆员”与“学科馆员”在咨询服务上的差异 ,探讨了高等师范院校图书资料情报系统中“学科馆员”的素质要求和工作模式 ,并结合工作实践介绍了“学科馆员”的具体运作。

The paper compares the differences on the consultative service between a reference librarian and a subject one. The quality and working model of subject librarian in the books and information system of normal university are approached. The concrete exercise of subject librarian is introduced by combining with working practices.
