仙龙定痛饮治疗骨转移癌痛32例

Therapeutic effect of Xianlongdingtong decoction on 32 patients with pains caused by bone metastasis carcinoma

目的 观察仙龙定痛饮治疗骨转移癌痛的临床疗效。方法 骨转移癌痛患者 32例每日上下午各服仙龙定痛饮汤剂 2 0 0ml,共 1 5日 ,观察 3、7、1 5日时的疼痛反应 ,作疗效评定 ;按Karnofsky标准评分评价生存质量的变化 ;观察有否不良反应。结果 治疗第 3日、第 7日、第 1 5日时总有效率 (显效 +有效 )分别为71 .88%、78.1 3%、84 .38% ;治疗前Karnofsky评分为 4 8.33± 8.33,治疗后为 6 8.2 8± 1 2 .5 6 ,治疗前后比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;未发现任何不良反应。结论 仙龙定痛饮对骨转移癌痛的止痛作用稳定 ,疗效较好 。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xianlongdingtong decoction on pains caused by bone metastasis carcinoma. Methods Thirty two patients with bone metastasis carcinoma were treated by taking Xianlongdingtong decoction 200 ml once,twice a day,with a treatment course of 15 days.The reaction to pains, trerapeutic effect and adverse effect were observed on 3rd,7th and 15th day, and QOL was avaluated by Karnofsky criterion. Results The total effective rates (CR+PR) were 71.88%,78.13%,84.38% on 3rd,7th and 15th day respectively; KPS before and after treatment was 48.3±38.33 vs 68.28±12.56 (P<0.01);the adverse reaction was not found. Conclusion Xianlongdingtong decoction has stable analgesic effect on the pains caused by bone metastasis carcinoma, without side effect, and the patients are prone to accept it, which is worthy for us to research and exploit further.
