中西医结合治疗滴虫性阴道炎130例疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on 130 cases of trichomonas vaginitis

目的 观察中西医结合治疗滴虫性阴道炎临床疗效。方法 1 92例滴虫性阴道炎随机分为 2组。治疗组 1 30例 ,每日用灭滴洗剂冲洗外阴、阴道 ,灭滴粉均匀涂于阴道 ,同时口服甲硝唑 ;对照组 6 2例用1∶5 0 0 0高锰酸钾溶液冲洗外阴、阴道 ,拭干后用甲硝唑放入阴道深处 ,同时口服甲硝唑。 2组均 7日为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率 1 0 0 % ,对照组 80 .6 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on trichomonas vaginitis. Methods 192 patients with trichomonas vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups. 130 patients in treatment group were treated by rinsing vagina and vulva with Miedi mixture and external application with Miedi powder on vagina, at the same time, taking metronidazole;62 patients in control group were treated by rinsing vulva and vagina with 1:5000 potassium permanganate, and placing metronidazole into the deep place of vagina, meanwhile,taking metronidazole,with a treatment course of seven days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 2 treatment courses. Results The total effective rate was 100% in treatment group and 80.6 % in control group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating trichomonas vaginitis.
