摘要 目的 观察血管性痴呆小鼠海马CA1区细胞数目动态变化及电针的影响。方法 复制血管性痴呆小鼠模型 ,以药物喜德镇治疗为对照 ,给予电针肾俞、膈俞、百会穴治疗 7、1 5、30日 ,运用高清晰度病理图文分析系统对海马CA1区细胞数目做定量分析。结果 模型组海马CA1区的场数目、面数密度、面密度均显著减少 ,电针和药物可明显提高各参数 ,且以电针作用为优。结论 电针肾俞、膈俞、百会穴可显著抑制海马CA1区细胞坏死、脱失 ,抑制其细胞数目减少 。 Objective To observe the change of cell numbers in hippocampal CA1 region and the effect of electro acupuncture on vascular dementia (VD) in mice. Methods The VD model in mice was made and was treated by electro acupuncture in Shenyu,Geyu and Baihui acupuncture points for 7,15,and 30 days. The hydergine was used as control drug. The change of cell numbers in hippocampal CA1 region were quantitatively analyzed by high definition display pathological image analysis system. Results The field number, numerical density on area and surface density in hippocampal CA1 region of model group were obviously decreased. The electro acupuncture and drug could remarkably increase the parameters and the effect of electro acupuncture was superior to that of drug. Conclusion The electro acupuncture in Shenyu,Geyu and Baihui acupuncture points can obviously inhibit cell necrosis, cell ablation and decrease of cell numbers in hippocampal CA1 region, which may be one of the action mechanisms of electro acupuncture in effectively treating VD.
