不显库蠓和剌螫库蠓雌虫单糖的分析研究

Analysis of monosaccharide containing in Culicoides obsoletus and C. punclatatus

笔者采用气相色谱法分析了两种库蠓雌虫的单糖组成。结果表明,不显库蠓单糖由17种组分构成,刺螫库蠓雌虫单糖有20种组分。二者均以组分9(保留时间28.52min)、鼠李糖、组分10(保留时间30.04min)含量最多。

By mean of gas chromatography, monosacharide component in Culicoides obsoletus and C. punctatus were analysed. The result shows that monosaccharide containing in C. obsoletus (female)is made of seven element of component, and 20 element in C. punctatus, for both of them, the component 9 was sustaining for 28.52 minutes. The component 10 is the highest element in both, maintaining for 30 minutes.
