摘要
母排与阳极、阴极采用插口式导电新设计,可使接触电压降低到2—5mV,使槽电压降低0.2V,电解金属锰的电耗下降200度/t。电解槽的设计更趋合理。节约过渡铜排,减少大量清擦导电结点的繁重劳动。
A new design of Socket adaptor conduction is used in mother board,anode and cathode for manganese electrolyzer. The contact,voltage my be decreased to 2—5mV. The electrolytic cell voltage my be decreased by 0.2V. The power consumption for EMM decreases by 200 kW.h/t The design of the eleetrolitic cell becomes reasonable and the transition copper board is saved therefor.
