遵义铜锣井碳酸锰矿石破碎洗矿流程 被引量:3

CRUSHING AND WASHING FLOWSHEET FOR MANGANESE CARBONATE ORE IN TONGLUOJING, ZUNYI AREA

摘要 铜锣井锰矿属贫锰高铁型海相沉积矿床。矿体分上、中、下三层,矿石硬度低,易泥化。为了强化破碎筛分过程和提高矿石入选品位,在破碎筛分工艺中设置了洗矿作业早期脱泥。原破碎筛分流程采用两段一闭路碎矿。通过取样测定,对流程进行了考查,发现破碎过程结块严重,因而对其进行了洗矿流程试验。试验工作着重于最大限度地减少细碎给矿中的泥和水的含量。使部分干矿直接进入细碎作业能明显降低细碎给矿中的含水量。筛下物采用槽式洗矿机洗矿时,脱泥效率达到85.20%,最终破碎产品含泥1.95%。并且结果说明改善铜锣井碳酸锰矿石破碎洗矿操作条件,可以解决现场生产破碎洗矿流程中存在的问题。 Manganese ore in Tongluojing mining area,zunyi District is of marine deposit with poor manganese and high iron. The orebody is divided into upper,middle lower seames. The ore has lower hardness and it is easy to slime. In order to improve crusling and screening processes and ore grade, an early desliming technigue is designed in washing operation of crushing and screening process es. In original crushing and screening processes, two stage-closes circuit crushing is used. By samplingand examing the circuit,it is found that the proess can result in heavy agglomerates and so the test on washing flowsheet is carried out. The test puts an emphasis on reducing to the minimum content of slime and wates of feed fines. Allowing dry ore to directly feed into fine crushing operation can decrease the water content of feed fines. Trough washer is used for undessizes. when washing deslimed officiency arrives at 85.20%. The final crushed produet only contains slime of 1.95%. At the same time it is proved that the improvement on crushing and washing operational conditions can solve the problems present in on-the-spot crushing and washing ciecuit.
