摘要
本文研究了高浓度全尾砂充填料浆的流变特性和管流水力摩阻特性。试验证明这种料浆是非牛顿宾汉体,具有很高的初始切应力和刚度系数,在管道中呈栓塞流状,其层流时的摩阻系数与有效雷诺数相关时具有牛顿流体相同的关系式。
The paper sets forth Theological behaviour and hydraulic friction behaviour of high concentration full tailings fill slurry. The result of the test shows that the slurry is non-New-tonian-Bingham body with very high initial tangential stress and rigidity factors. The slurry is of plug flow state. The relation is the same as Newtonian fluid when the resistance factors of the lamina flow is related to significant Reynolds number.
