摘要 本综述概述骨传导材料的定义、基本要求和特性。在合成骨传导材料中重点概述了羟基磷灰石(HA)、磷酸三钙 (TCP)、胶原的理化特性、发展演变、成骨特点及材料优缺点等。在非生物性的骨传导材料中重点介绍了聚乳酸 (PLA)、聚乙醇酯 (PGA)和具有多孔结构的金属作为骨替代材料中的主要优点、用途和特点等。
