摘要
以斗南锰矿戛科矿区急倾斜极薄矿体采矿方法试验研究为例,详细介绍了包括矿块布置、中段高度、矿柱规格在内的采场结构参数和削壁充填法的回采顺序、凿岩爆破、采场通风、采场搬运、放矿、溜井以及顶底板管理等的工艺过程。试验结果表明,对于矿体厚度<0.6m的条件,采用削壁充填采矿法是合适的。采场生产能力达到30.8t/d,矿石回采率为83·2%,废石混入率为9.6%。需要进一步研究快速铺底的办法以减少粉矿的损失。
Taking as an example of mining method of steeply dipping and ultrathin orebody of Gake mining area in Dounan Manganese mire,this paper describes structural parameters of mining area including oreblock arrangement, middle bench altitude, ore pillar size ,and also deals with the process of stoping sequence,drilling and blasting,stope vertilation,ore transport in the stope, ore chute,roof and floor control concerning the cutting wall-filling method. Experimental results show that it is apropriate to use the mining method mentioned above for ore body thickness of<0.6m. The productive capacity is up to 30.8t/d,stoping rate is 83.2%,gangue centent 9.6%. In order to reduce the loss of fine ores,it is necessary to further study the method of quickly flooring.
