摘要
从原料管理和炉内操作角度探讨当前在锰矿入炉料品位下降,粉末多的冶炼条件下的最佳操作制度,介绍新余钢厂锰铁高炉已实践的高炉矿焦混装、加强原料管理、富氧鼓风,提高热风温度等有效措施,用以探讨锰铁高炉节能降耗的发展方向。
This paper researches the optimum operation regulation to cope with the state of manganese grade decreasing and powder increasing of furnance charge, introduces the practices of ferro manganese blast furnace in Xinyu iron and steel plant: ore-coke mixed charging,material management,oxygen-enriched blast,higher temperature of hot blast, for investigating the prospect of energy saving and consumption reducing.
