摘要
简介了遵义铁合金厂选矿车间一段磨矿回路螺旋分级机的改造情况。改造结果表明,分级机分级效塞提高了13.63％;返砂中小于0.15mm粒级的含量降低了4.56％;溢流中小于0.02mm粒级的含量降低了4.91％;磁选作业回收率提高3.09％,取得了较为满意的结果。
The paper briefly introduces the modification of spiral classifer for single stage grinding circuit of mineral processing shop in Zunyi Ferroalloy Plant. As a result, the classification efficiency of spiral classifer has been in creased by 13. 63%; — 0. 15mm size fraction in return in creased by 4. 56%; — 0. 02mm size fraction in overflow in creased by 40. 91 %, the recovery raised by 3. 09%. These results are satisfactory to us.
