摘要
我国目前检测呼气中的酒精含量普遍采用的是金属氧化物半导体型的酒精传感器,但是现有的酒精传感器对正己烷、汽油的分辨率无法达到公安部的标准。本文介绍了一种新研制成功的高选择性的酒精传感器,该传感器对低浓度的酒精有很高的灵敏度,对正己烷、汽油等干扰性气体有较高的分辨率,文中对该传感器的性能作了详细的介绍。
Metal oxide- semiconductor alcohol sensors have been widely used to detectalcohol levels in sampled breath, but the selectivity of the sensors in market to Hexaneand gasoline can not satisfy the criterion of the Ministry of Public Security. A new kindof alcohol sensor with high selectivity is developed, it has high sensitivity to lowconcentration alcohol.
