20世纪初年,清政府一改以往立场,为振兴海外华人教育采取了种种有力举措,促进了海外华人教育与海外华人社会的发展,体现了清政府吸引、争取海外华人支持的迫切愿望。

In the 1910s,Qing government changed its past attitude to overseas Chinese education and tried many methods to promote it, which brought great development to the overseas Chinese society and also expressed Qing's attitude to attract the overseas Chinese.
