摘要
随着我国改革开放的深入,对外贸易发展迅猛。一些拥有驰名商标的企业利用自己的商标信誉在国外开拓了市场。但由于我国许多厂商对出口商品商标保护意识不强,我国的许多知名品牌时常遭到"抢注"。我国的企业为防止商标在国外被抢注,应当实施及时在国外进行商标确权、办理商标国际注册等策略,以加强对驰名商标的域外保护。
With the deepening of China's reform and opening to the outside world, the external trade in China develops drastically. And some enterprises that pose well-known trademarks have exploited market in foreign countries with the help of their own well-known trademarks. However, since many manufacturers' consciousness of the protection of trademarks for goods exported is weak, many famous trademarks of China's manufacturers were often firstly registered by other manufacturers in foreign countries. In order to prevent such phenomenon, it is necessary to carry out the tactic of the confirmation of right in foreign countries timely and of the international registration for trademarks, so as to strengthen the protection of well-known trademarks for China's enterprises.
