摘要 目的 了解对护士长工作的评价情况 ,作为培养护士长的依据。方法 运用护士长工作评价表 ,采用自评与他评的方式对 5 3位护士长进行评价。结果 护理人员发展因子得分率最低 ;他评得分高于自评得分 ;担任护士长 5年以上者得分高于5年以下者。结论 采取培训和加强管理等措施来提高护士长的管理水平 ;对护士长的评价要结合临床科室的考核情况。 Objective Investigating performance appraisal of the head nurses to find some bases in their training.Methods 53 head nurses were evaluated by using self-rating and other-rating methods with performance appraisal questionnaire.Results Nurses' developmental factor got the lowest score compared to other factors. Score of self-rating was lower than that of other-rating. Head nurses working more than 5 years got the higher score than those of working less than 5 years.Conclusions Measures such as training and reinforcing management should be taken to improve the management skill of the head nurses. Performance appraisal should be combined with the results of clinical practice assessment.
