Challenge and countermeasure for nursing staff in China after accession of WTO

面对我国加入世界贸易组织 (WTO)给医疗卫生行业和医院护理管理带来的严峻考验 ,从目前我国医疗服务市场与医院护理管理的现状入手 ,重点对当前医疗服务市场及医院护理管理者面临的机遇与挑战进行论述 ,讨论护理管理的对策。认为我国加入WTO后 ,护理管理者要认真学习 ,更新观念 ;加快改革、创新 ,增强竞争力 ;加强交流 ,搞好继续教育 ;适应新的管理模式 ,加强护理经济管理。

This paper presents the current situation and major problems in medical service market and hospital nursing administration in China,and analyses opportunities and challenges to medical service market and nursing administrators in hospitals after accession of WTO. Then puts forward some strategies for nursing management:such as studying new problems and updating the concept of nursing,speeding up reform of nursing and enforcing competitive ability,strengthening academic communication and medical continuing education,adapting to a new management model and paying close attention to management of medical economy.
