摘要
目的 提高护理管理水平和服务质量。方法 评审、修改、制定新质量评价体系 ,改进评价反馈系统 ,重新设计表格 ;强化与考核护士长质量检查内容 ;质量控制小组人力资源重组。结果 改革前后 2年评价体系原始资料经统计学处理 ,质量控制时间、漏检率、病房管理合格率、消毒隔离合格率、护理文件书写合格率、继续教育完成率、住院病人满意率 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 护理质量控制方法在不断摸索、改进的同时 ,要考核和强化护士长质量控制意识 ,从而引导其管辖区护理人员人人参与质量管理 ,才能提高护理管理水平和服务质量。
Objective To enhance level of nursing management and quality of service.Methods Evaluate,modify and develope a new quality-evaluation system,improve the evaluation of feedback system and re-design the list,reinforce and assess contents of quality examination by head nurses,reconstruct manpower of quality-control team.Results Compared the 2 years data in evaluation system before and after reforming,quality-control time,omission rate,qualified rate of ward management,qualified rate of disinfection,qualified rate of nursing document writing,completion rate of continuing education and satisfaction rate of inpatients has been improved significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of continuous exploring and modifying methods of quality-control,We need to examine and reinforce head nurses' consciousness of quality-control,to encourage all of the nursing staff participating in quality-control and improve the level of nursing management and quality of service.
