护生对带教老师评估的实施与成效 被引量:23

摘要 目的 动态了解带教老师的带教质量 ,以满足护生实习过程中的需求。方法 采用定期召开护生会议及自行设计调查表对 10 5名护生进行问卷调查。结果 及时反馈及解决带教中存在的问题 ,提高了带教老师的整体素质 ,提高了护生对带教工作的满意度 ,评估前后结果对照有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,护生对带教老师的满意度由实施前的 90 .4%上升到实施后的 95 .8%。结论 要提高护生的临床实习效果 ,必须提高带教老师的整体素质 ,加强护生综合素质的培养。 Objective To investigate the quality of clinical teaching to meet the demands of nursing students in clinic practice.Methods To hold nursing students meetings regularly and 105 nurse students were investigated by using self-designed questionnaire.Results Problems in clinical teaching got feedback and resolved timely.Compared with the records before evaluation,the whole diathesis of clinical teachers and nursing students' satisfaction with clinical teaching improved significantly (P<0.01). The nursing students' satisfaction with teaching progressed from 90.4% to 95.8% after the evaluation.Conclusion In order to improve the effect of nurse students' clinical practice,it is important to improve the whole diathesis of teachers and strengthen the cultivation of nursing students' comprehensive competence.
