摘要
在护理管理工作中 ,应用人本原理客观评价每名护理人员的能力 ,恰当运用动力原则 ,重视行为原则 ,强调全面发展原则 ,激发和调动全科护理人员的工作积极性、自主性和创造性 ,使全体人员的潜能得到最大限度的发挥 ,为挖掘人力资源、稳定护理队伍创造了积极条件。
During the process of nursing management,we applied humanistic principle to evaluate the ability of each nursing staff,,and properly applying principle of impetus,principle of regaroling behavior and principle of emphasizing comprehensive development to inspire all the nurses' working enthusiasm,self-determination and creativity in the department,and maximize the potential ability of all the staff,which provided positive factors for discoviring new human resource and fostering a stable nurses group.
