摘要
目的 利用联合管理改变医疗环境 ,调动护士的积极性 ,发挥其个人潜能 ,避免人力资源浪费 ,从而提高管理及工作效率。方法 组织学习讨论 ,拟定计划 ,管理分工。结果 人人参与管理 ,职责清楚 ,分工明确。结论 参与管理是新时期病房管理的一个良好模式 ,它转变了护士的观念 ;减少了人员矛盾 ;增加了凝聚力 ;便于护士长宏观管理科室 ,掌握工作重点 ,不断思考 ,接受新事物、新观念 ,做到科学管理科室。
Objective Using union management to improve the treatment environment,mobilize the initiative of nurses,amplify their potency and avoid the waste of human resource,and accordingly to improve the management and work efficiency.Method Organizing study and discussion activity,making plans and assigning management responsibitlity.Result This practice encouraged everyone to take part in the management,the duty and responsibilities became clear and the assignment became definite.Conclusion Participation management is a good model in the new-period ward management,it changes the concept of nurses,reduces the conflict of each other and enhance cohesion. Also,it is useful for head nurses to manage department grossly,master the main point of work,think constantly,accept new thing and concept,thus the management of the department will be more scientific.
