摘要 运动作为一种应激,可以引起机体免疫细胞发生变化。运用文献综述的研究方法,论述了运动对免疫细胞的影响,并对它们的调节机制进行了探讨。 Physical exercise as a stress can result in the changes of immunocyte.By using the methods of document summary,the author discussed the effects of exercise on the immunocyte,and probed into the modulation mechanism.
