This paper states on the present situation and development tendency of the javelin throw training through expert visits and questionnaire investigation, in combination with the author's experience of practice guidance in training. Research discovered, the method of javelin throw training is not enough overall, means are unitary, in the future more effect and the simpleness of training should be emphasized, the easy operateness and the overallness of the javelin throw training should also be paid attention to.
