不同组织来源的可溶性核抗原(ENA)抗原性的比较

用同一种方法从牛胸腺,兔胸腺、人脾、猪脾组织中提取 ENA,并进行四种提取物(CTE、RTE、HSE、PSE)抗原性的比较.经过对90例 SLE 和30例 SS 病人的检测,结果证明:四种组织均含有 ENA抗原成份,但含量不同,HSE 抗原性最好,适合做抗 Sm、抗 RNP、抗 SSA、抗 SSB 抗体的 ID 法检测.CTE 也含有四种成份。但只适于做 CIE 筛选试验,而 RTE 和 PSE 权适合做抗 Sm、抗 RNP 抗体的 ID 法检测.

Extracts of extractable nuclear antigens(ENA)were prepared from the calf thymus extract (CTE),rabbit thymus extract(RTE),human spleen extract(HSE),porcine spleen extract (PSE)respectively with the same conventional processes as described,The antigenicity of Sm,RNP,SSA,SSB of each extract was tested by double immunodiffusion with the sera of 80 pa-tients with systemic lupus erythematosus and 30 patients with primary sjogren syndrome,The result showed;the antigenicity of ENA including Sm,RNP,SSA,SSB was all found in HSE,but the quantity of these antigens was comparatively low in the CTE,SSA and SSB were barely de-tectable in RTE and PSE by double immunodiffusion,It is suggested that RTE and PSE are only suitable for the detection of anti—RNP and anti—Sm antibodies,HSE is a idleable extract for the detection of anti—SSA and anti—SSB.
