摘要
从健康—经济收入2个维度对农村弱势群体的内涵进行了界定和分类,阐述了“弱势临界点”的观念。同时,对农村弱势群体在健康状况、卫生需要和满足程度、卫生服务筹资以及健康保障制度等方面的弱势状态进行了研究,阐述了“农村弱势人群健康弱势”的概念,对农村弱势群体摆脱健康弱势状态提出了政策建议。
Using health and income two dimensions,the rural weak group is defined and classed in the article.Besides,the critical dot is explained in the article.Disadvantage states in health states、health need、health service、health financing and health system are studied in the article.The conception of health weak of the rural weak group was explained.In the end of the article,advices about health policyes are presented in order to help rural weak group to leave weak status.
