胆囊息肉多发家系与HLA相关性研究

The Study on the Association Between the Multiple Family with Polyous of Gallbladder and HLA

用 HLA 分型技术研究了家庭中至少有同胞二人患病的五个胆囊息肉家系的全部成员.结果表明,本病的易感基因与 HLA 单倍型呈一定程度的连锁.提示胆囊息肉的发生可能为遗传因素和其它因素共同作用的结果.

Using HLA typing technipue,we studied all of the members in 5 families in which at least2 siblings with olypus lf gallbladder.The results showde that there was a linkage between thesusceptible gene of the disease and HLA haplotype to certain deree.This suggested that the gene-sis of polypus of gallbladder may be the results of genetic factors and other factors exerted to-gether.
