1980—2000年新疆卫生资源发展状况分析

An Analysis on the Development of Health Resources in Xinjiang From 1980 to 2000

对1980—2000年20年间新疆卫生资源拥有量的发展变化及卫生服务利用的变化进行分析。新疆卫生人力及医院床位的增长速度逐年下降,尤其是床位数近5年已是负增长。医生工作负荷减少,卫生资源利用效率下降,居民医疗负担加重。卫生资源配置应综合考虑当地经济、卫生资源发展及现状及居民的健康需求,合理规划卫生资源的布局和结构,提高卫生资源的利用效率。

This paper analyzed the changes of total health resources and health services utilization in Xinjiang Vygur Autonomons region from 1980 to 2000.The growth rate of health manpower and hospital beds has dropped gradually,especially,hospital bed showed a negative growth in recent 5 years.The doctors workload has been reduced.The efficiency of health resources utilization has dropped year after year.peoples economic burden of health services has become heavier.Health resources allocation should be developed according to the provinces economy,development of health resources and peoplehalth demands.We should adjust the distribution and structure of existing health resources rationally and promote the efficiency of health resources utilization.
