摘要
我们对73名西双版纳傣族正常健康个体用第11届国际组织相容性专题讨论会的方法进行了HLA Ⅱ类基因的 PCR/SSO 分型。结果表明傣族的 HLA Ⅱ类等位基因频率分布在与中国南方人群相似以外尚有其独特性.共捡出 DRB1 等位基因20种,其中基因频率超过0.10的依次为1602、0901、1502、1401及1202,未发现01、08及1001等位基因。DRB3仅捡出0202及0301,DRB5仅捡出0101和0102。DQA1共捡出6种等位基因以0102、0101、03频率为最高。以0502为最高频率的 DQB1共捡出9种等位基因。绝大多数个体(91.8%)均具有 DPA1、0201等位基因、与目前所报道的东方人材料相一致,DPB1 0501频率最高,其次为0202、0201与1301。各位点均呈 Handy-WeinKeng 平衡.
We determinde HLA class Ⅱaleles of DRB1,DRB3,DRB5,DQA1,DQB1,DPA1 and DPB1of 73 randomly chosen healthy DAI minority donors from Xishuangbanna of China using poly-merase chain reaction and olig。nucleotide probes.The results shown that the distrbutions of gene frequencies of HLAclass Ⅱ loci in DAI minority population were not only similar to those found in Southern Chinese populations but also exhibit their own unique features.twenty drb1 alleles were detected in this panel.The most prevelant one were 1602.0901.1502.1401 and1202.Alleles o1,08 and 1001 were not found.DRB3 * 0202 and 0301 were only two allelesthat detected at the DRB3 ocus.DRB5 * 0201 and 0202 were not detected.Six DQA1 alleleswere detected,in which 0502 was the dominant ne.91.8% of honor had DPA1 * 0201.DPB1* 0501 was the most common allele at the DPB1 locus.Two donor may have a ew DRB1 al-lele.
