“大力发展国有资本、集体资本和非公有资本等参股的混合所有制经济 ,实现投资主体多元化 ,使股份制成为公有制的主要实现形式。”这是对马克思所有制理论和社会主义经济理论的重大丰富和发展。如何科学认识、正确评价混合所有制经济 ,已经成为我国社会经济生活中的热门话题。“大力发展混合所有制经济”对完善我国社会主义市场经济体制具有积极的促进作用 ,即“多则活”、“混则清”效应 ,“四两拨千斤”效应 ,国有资本“有进”、“有退”的战略调整效应和公有经济、非公有经济相互切入的“市场双赢”

The strategy of “Devoting major efforts to developing mixed ownership economy,diversifying investment and making stock system the main form of pubilc ownership” greatly enriches and improves Marxist ownership theory and socialist economic theory.Scientifically recognizing and evaluating mixed ownership economy has become a topical subject of China social economic life.This paper objectively analyzes the positive roles of“devoting major efforts to developing mixed ownership economy”in perfecting the socialist market economic system of China from different perspectives.
